We aim to have your knives sharpened and ready for pickup within 24hrs, however in busy times it may take up to 72hrs to complete. Upon booking, timeframes will be advised up front.
We use a variety of sharpening methods depending on the type of blade and the damage it has incurred. Our primary method is slow speed wet stone grinding, which protects the edge hardness and reduces the amount of material removed. All blades are honed and stropped for perfect sharpness.
We are located in Hazelbrook, in the mid Blue Mountains.
